Great talk from Malcolm Gladwell

Somehow, I can find someone who can articulate my points of view much better than I can..and in this case, Malcolm Gladwell explains why I might have reasons to dislike exams/tests in general, though one might make the argument that i have benefited much from being exam-smart vs really being intelligent/insightful..anyway, this is a classic, must-watch!
